Even though little to no guests came through the lodge this season, the staff helped keep each others moral up and put some hard work into the operations. There was make work projects, general upkeep and a lot of optimism that the border could open. In the end the border never opened up and we are pretty much in the same boat as we were back in April. The staff are slowly making there home and we are looking back at a tough season that never was. The fishing never matched expectations, but the guides had a couple hours after each days work to give it a try. Here is a video showing how some days went.
